Alexandra Shigo
Physician Assistant

Alexandra Shigo was born in Annapolis, Maryland and was raised in Central Florida.  She attended Trinity Preparatory School and obtained her Associate of Arts degree from Valencia Community College.  Alexandra received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science Education and her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida.  Before joining Central Florida Dermatology, she worked in Family Practice for several years. Alexandra is a passionate Gator fan and enjoys attending Gator football and basketball games through out the year.  Alexandra lives in Winter Park and enjoys shopping, snow skiing and traveling.

Caridad Lopez
Physician Assistant

Caridad Lopez, PA-C recently joined Central Florida Dermatology Associates.  Ms. Lopez is a Board Certified Physician Assistant.  She received her dual Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Florida in Entomology/ Nematology and Microbiology, and her Masters in Clinical Medical Science and Physician Assistant Diploma from Barry University in 2005.  She graduated salutatorian and received the President’s Award by Barry University PA Program in recognition of outstanding service, academic, and clinical achievement. Prior to joining Central Florida Dermatology Associates, Ms. Lopez practiced as a Physician assistant with an allergy and asthma group in South Florida.  She is currently developing her sub-specialty in Dermatology.

Ivani Alves, CMA
Cosmetic Coordinator

Ivani Alves, joined our group in August of 2000, She is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil.  She has been trained by Dr. Judge in the application of our latest available products and technology in order to provide you with the best and most effective treatment protocols possible.  Her experience in dermatology has equipped her with extensive knowledge and versatility.

Beginning with the initial consultation, she addresses your goals and concerns with an honest, informative approach.  Her gentle and compassionate nature helps make achieving your desired result an enjoyable and gratifying experience.  Ivani can also help you develop a customized home skin care routine to maintain your results and help your skin age gracefully.

Christy Giovannini
Aesthetician

Christy Giovannini is a native of Orlando and has been a licensed Medical Aesthetician with the state of Florida since 2004.  She came to our group with an excellent background in the medical field and has continually endeavored to supplement her skills in a variety of esthetic therapies including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, body treatments and waxing as well as advanced training in the care of sensitive skin and treatment of acne.  She can assist you with selecting the correct products for your skin type and developing a customized care plan to fit your needs and your lifestyle.  Her friendly caring attitude backed by her training and experience has made her valuable asset to our team.
